Scout Oath, Scout Law, and Cub Scout Motto

On my honor I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country
and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake, and morally straight.

A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind,
obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent

Do Your Best

8.   A Scout is CHEERFUL.  A Scout looks for the bright side of life.  He cheerfully does tasks that come his way.  He tries to make others happy.
9.   A Scout is THRIFTY.  A Scout works to pay his way.  He uses time, property, and natural resources wisely.
